Terms of Service

How Vulpira works: your account, balance and top-ups, buying proxies, refunds, IP checks and the ad-free subscription.

1. About these terms

Vulpira (“we”, “us”) runs vulpira.com, the Telegram bot @VulpiraBot and its Mini App. These Terms apply to everyone who signs in, tops up a balance or buys anything through any of them. The rules you accept in the bot are a short version of these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy; together with the Privacy Policy they are one agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

2. Your account

  • Sign-in is through Telegram only — there is no password.
  • One Telegram account is one Vulpira account.
  • Anything done through your session counts as done by you, so keep your Telegram account secure. Browser sessions last up to 30 days or until you log out.

3. Balance

Everything on Vulpira is paid from an internal balance in US dollars. The balance is a prepayment for our services — proxies, IP checks and the ad-free subscription. It can only be spent inside Vulpira.

The balance is never paid out to a wallet or card. Refunds, when they apply, go back to your balance.

4. Top-ups

  • You top up in cryptocurrency through CryptoBot or Heleket. The invoice is in US dollars; you choose the coin on the payment provider’s side.
  • The minimum top-up is $10.00.
  • Our fee of 5% is added on top: to get $100 on your balance you pay $105.00. The total is shown before you pay.
  • An invoice is valid for one hour. Pay exactly the amount shown, in a single transfer. Network and exchange fees are on your side — the full amount has to arrive.
  • Once the provider confirms the payment, the money is credited automatically.
  • A payment made after the invoice expired, for a different amount, or twice is not credited automatically. Write to support with the invoice number and we will sort it out by hand.

5. Proxies

  • Proxies are sold at cost — our income is the top-up fee, not a markup. Each listing is one SOCKS5 address with its own price, location, ISP and type.
  • The price is debited from your balance when you confirm, and you get the host, port, login and password straight away.
  • Access is time-limited. The expiry is shown on the order in My proxies; after it the credentials stop working. There is no renewal.
  • The catalogue is live: if a listing is taken or goes offline before you buy, the purchase fails and nothing is debited. If the supplier is slow to answer, the price is held for a few minutes while we check — you then either get the proxy or the money back on your balance automatically.
  • The supplier may change a proxy’s connection address during its term. We tell you in the bot, and the current details are always in My proxies.

6. Refunds

A proxy can be refunded within one hour of purchase, and only if it never came up or is unreachable. The money goes back to your balance.

When you press Refund, we test the connection through the proxy ourselves. A working proxy is not refunded, and after the hour every purchase is final.

We do not refund because a particular site blocks the address, because the country, city or ISP is not what you expected, or because you bought the wrong listing — check the listing before you buy. If you think a refund was refused by mistake, write to support with the order number.

7. IP checks

  • An IP check costs $0.05, debited from your balance when you confirm. The price is shown on the button.
  • The risk score and signals come from an external IP risk-scoring service. They are that service’s opinion, not a guarantee about the address.
  • A completed check is not refunded. If the service does not answer, the check is not completed and the money returns to your balance automatically.
  • Only IP addresses can be checked. Local and private addresses are not checked and not charged.

8. Ad-free subscription

The bot may send ads. You can turn them off with a subscription in Settings for $5.00 per month, paid from your balance.

  • The first month is charged when you turn it on, after you confirm the price.
  • It renews every month from your balance until you switch it off.
  • If the balance cannot cover a renewal, nothing is charged and the subscription stops.
  • A month already paid runs to its end and is not refunded.
  • Technical messages about outages and changes to the service still go to everyone.

9. What we do not guarantee

Proxies run on third-party networks. We do not guarantee uptime, speed, how a particular ISP behaves, or that any site will accept an address. The service is provided as is. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the proxy or IP check in question.

We may take the service down for maintenance and change prices, the catalogue or the list of services.

10. Violations

What you may not do is listed in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Breaking these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy closes your access. Active proxies are lost without refund, and the balance is forfeited.

11. Closing your account

You can stop using Vulpira at any time and ask support to delete your account. Because the balance is a prepayment and is never paid out, spend it before you ask — an unspent balance is not refunded when the account is closed.

12. Changes

We may change these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes are announced in the bot, and for significant ones we ask you to accept the rules again.
