Acceptable Use Policy
What Vulpira may not be used for, and what happens if it is.
Last updated: 26 September 2026
A proxy changes the network your requests come from. It does not make anything legal that is otherwise illegal, and it does not hide you from us: every proxy is tied to the account that bought it. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
Zero tolerance
Child sexual exploitation material, and any preparation for terrorism or mass violence, mean a permanent ban — with no warning, no appeal and no refund — and a report to the authorities.
Forbidden
Attacks and intrusion
- accessing systems, accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
- scanning or probing infrastructure you do not own;
- brute-forcing passwords and credential stuffing;
- DoS and DDoS attacks of any kind.
Fraud
- carding and any payment fraud;
- phishing;
- money laundering;
- evading sanctions.
Spam and harmful content
- spam by email, SMS and messengers;
- fake engagement: bought votes, reviews, followers and views;
- mass account creation on services that forbid it;
- malware and botnets;
- harassment and threats;
- any content that is illegal where you are, where the proxy is, or where the destination is.
Abusing Vulpira itself
- reselling access to the proxies you buy;
- sharing or publishing the logins and passwords we issue;
- multi-accounting;
- abusing refunds;
- automated hammering of our API or bot.
What is fine
Ordinary work that needs a different address: seeing how your site or ads look from another country, price and availability research on public pages, testing your own product from different locations, managing your own accounts, privacy from the networks you use, and security testing of systems you own or have written permission to test.
What happens if you break it
Your access is closed, active proxies are lost without refund, and the balance is forfeited. The one-hour refund window does not apply to proxies lost this way.
We cannot see your traffic, so we act on abuse reports from other networks and on patterns in purchases and payments. Where the law requires it, we pass information to the authorities.
Reporting abuse
If traffic from one of our addresses caused you a problem, write to @VulpiraSupport on Telegram with the IP address, the time with a time zone, and the relevant log lines. We act on reports we can confirm.
